Special Information & Pick-Up Instructions

Our Potted Rose Collection is available for pick-up ONLY at our farm nursery in Live Oak, California (95953). We DO NOT ship our five gallon potted roses.

 

We offer farm nursery pick-up appointments for orders placed on our website.

 

To pick up from the farm, first place an order online and select & "Pick-Up at The Nursery" at checkout.

 

We have appointment times available Wednesday-Saturdays. We are not open Sunday-Tuesday.

 

AFTER you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a LINK to schedule your pick-up appointment online along with pick-up instructions & address. If you do not see a date or appointment time listed, we no longer have time slots available.

 

All potted rose orders MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS of purchase. If your order is not picked up within 10 days, it will be refunded and your items returned to our inventory. You are welcome to re-purchase them again (if available) and schedule a new pick-up appointment.

 

If you are not able to pick up your order on your selected date and time, you can reschedule online up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Reschedule links are provided in your appointment confirmation email. If it is within 24 hours of your pick-up date, please call or text the number in your appointment confirmation email to reschedule your pick-up appointment.

POTTED ROSES ARE AVAILABLE FOR NURSERY PICK-UP ONLY | NO SHIPPING

Our 2023 potted rose season is just beginning. Roses available for purchase now are just starting to leaf out. They are not as they appear in the product photo here in full bud and bloom state. While they are fully rooted and ready to plant now, they are not full of foliage. They will contiune to fill out and be full of leaves and blooms by late April to early May. If you have questions about purchasing an early season rose please contact us before placing an order.
