HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY

Our return policy for all hard good non-perishable products is extended for the holiday season. Any non-perishable items purchased between November 1, 2023 and December 25, 2023 may be returned through January 15, 2024. For all fresh perishable items (flower bouquets, wreaths, potted roses, bare root roses, & tulip bulbs) our standard return/refund policy remains in effect.

Please read the sections below for specific return policies for each product type.

Please note we do not offer free exchanges & returns.The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt
  • Gift cards

  • Workshop & Event tickets

We want you to be happy with your purchase and deliver only top-quality cut flowers and wreaths to our customers. However, the weather gods and delivery carriers sometimes have other plans for our beauties along the way. 

In order to ensure success with your flowers and wreaths, we ask you to please, please, pretty please follow our recommended processing instructions included with your order. Please find all of our product care instructions here.

We do not accept returns for fresh cut flowers or wreaths.

If you believe there is a problem with your flowers or greens on arrival of your order or your delivery is delayed you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery click here to submit a return/exchange request. We recommend taking clear photos or videos of any issues of the product or packaging to help expedite the process. No credits will be issued without photographs or video of the flowers, box or packaging damage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for potted rose purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns for tulip bulbs. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DAMAGE & ISSUES ON DELIVERY

We understand there may be occasions when our bulbs don’t arrive in perfect condition (we wish the shipping carriers treated them with as much care as we do). If you believe there is a problem with your bulbs on arrival of your order you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery click here to submit a return/exchange request. We recommend taking clear photos or videos of any issues of the product or packaging to help expedite the process.

No credits will be issued without photographs or video of the bulbs, box or packaging damage. If you trim, cut, remove or manipulate the bulbs in any way and/or plant the bulbs before contacting us, you will not be offered a credit. We may ask you to ship the bulbs back to us for inspection.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

We reserve the right to reject any refund or credit requests that do not comply with any of the conditions stated above. 

We want you to be happy and have a colorful rose in your garden, so we guarantee our dormant bare root roses are true to name and grade. During the growing season you may experience changes in bloom color, scent and size of your rose plant. This is perfectly normal and is not a fault in the rose but a demonstration of the unique growing characteristics of each rose.

In order to ensure success in growing your rose, we ask you to please, please, pretty please plant at the appropriate time for your growing zone and follow our recommended planting & storage instructions included with every order and detailed here.


DAMAGE & ISSUES ON DELIVERY

Please note we do not offer free exchanges & returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The rose must be returned in the same “new with tags” condition you received it in moist and tied in a bag.To ensure plant viability & health, bare root rose returns must be received back to us for inspection within 10 days of submitting your return request. 

Roses returned to us are eligible for an exchange or store credit for the purchase price. Upon inspection, roses that are not in like new condition and appear to have been trimmed, cut, (including canes and roots), are dehydrated or manipulated in anyway are not eligible for a store credit/return or exchange. All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your credit or exchange if your return does not meet these requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and an exchange or store credit will not be granted. 

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

30 DAY ROSE GUARANTEE

If any purchased bare root rose fails to leaf out (break dormancy) after planting within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a one-time store credit for the purchase price. We must be notified within 30 days of the receipt of your rose in order to issue you a store credit. Click here to submit a notification. No store credit will be issued without photographs of the planted rose. Our 30 day warranty is void if the plants are taken or planted outside of the USA.

FINAL SALE ROSES

Final-sale items (with prices ending in $.X7) cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale Roses are not covered under our 30 Day Rose Guarantee. 

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges or credit requests that do not comply with any of the conditions stated above.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY: Returns are accepted for non-perishable items (i.e., books, fertilizer, clippers, baskets, gloves, etc...) within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Items must be unused and packaging unopened in new condition. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.

All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your credit or exchange if your return does not meet these requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and an exchange or store credit will not be granted.

ALL workshop tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE because we will have to turn away guests interested in attending this workshop once your ticket is purchased.

Please make sure you can attend on the event date before purchasing a ticket. If you are not able to attend the workshop you can transfer your ticket to another person.

If the workshop is canceled by Menagerie due to weather, COVID-19 restrictions or any reason, your ticket purchase price will be given as a credit for use on a future workshop or any merchandise available on our website including bare root rose plants or potted roses.

At Menagerie Farm & Flower, we offer many different types of sales throughout the year. One type of sale that you may come across is a final sale. Final sales, like our Mystery Rose Sale or Cut Flower Flash Sale, can be a great way to snag a deal, but it's important to understand the rules and restrictions that come with them.

What is a Final Sale?

It's a sale where all purchases are considered final. All final sale items end in $.X7. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. Final sales are typically offered on clearance items or end-of-season plants, and they often have a significantly reduced price.

When shopping for a final sale, it's important to keep a few things in mind:

No returns or exchanges: Remember that all purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed. Bare root rose plants are not covered under our 30 day rose guarantee so, make sure the item(s) is something you or someone in your friend and family circle will want.

If an item is received damaged, or as a mis-ship, we will make exceptions for these situations. Please reach out to our Customer Care for these exceptions. 

Check your growing zone: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the a rose or plants at the right time to plant for your zone. 

Check the sizing: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart or product dimensions to get an idea of how the item(s) fits.

Final sales can be a great way to score a deal. So, don't hesitate to share the love and encourage your loved ones to grab some great deals during our final sales! Just make sure you understand the rules and restrictions before making a purchase.
